Church Ministry Operations Academy

This practical Church Academy course prepares ministry volunteers and leaders to serve safely, respectfully, and consistently in key areas of church life. Separate training modules cover ushering, nursing ministry support, church security, baptism procedures, and emergency response. Learners will study clear roles, communication practices, confidentiality, safety boundaries, and coordinated response protocols that support worship services, pastoral care, and congregational wellbeing. By the end, participants will be ready to carry out their ministry responsibilities within their church’s leadership structure and established policies.
